RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

We are pleased to offer a free returns collection service to all customers for any purchases that meet our Returns Policy.

First of all you must send us an email to: customerservice@eikonik.pt informing of your decision to return the item and we will take care of the return procedure by contacting our delivery service to book a collection, which will allow you to send your item back to our office.


Your returned item must arrive at our offices from no later than 15 days after your delivery date. We recommend that you book your return pick-up within 7 days of your delivery date to ensure that it arrives at our office’s location within 14 days.

Please, prepare your package so it can be provided to TNT driver for pick-up along with our invoice, and fulfill TNT documents with all the required information. Your package shall be therefore ready to be returned to EIKONIK.PT
We shall not be liable for any returns executed by a different courier.

Note that all returns must be sent back in the original packaging and the items should be returned unworn and in perfect condition, with all EIKONIK.PT garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels and tags may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

When authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags are provided along with your selected items, these must be included in your return.

Once your return has been received and accepted, your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way. You can follow the return of your package with our delivery service using the tracking provided.
